What is your daily routine?
I wake up at around 8 am, get the boys ready for the day and make them breakfast. I usually start working after that, and finish up in the afternoon. My breakfast and lunch choices are usually light and simple. My go to would be a tasty pasta, grilled chicken, and bread. I try and keep my sweet tooth contained, but I will enjoy a nice cheesecake every now and then ☺ Then I do something eventful with the family—sometimes a stop at the park or swimming, and we usually have a big dinner and get everyone ready for bed. After we put the kids to bed, Desmond and I love finding shows to binge watch on Netflix and sit by the fireplace.
Can you describe your approach to beauty and wellness?
I always go to sleep with a clean face and no makeup. Many days I try to avoid makeup altogether, but I’m a strong advocate for a consistent skincare routine. I also love facials!
What is something your followers don’t know about you?
Something my followers may not know about me is that I love reading and mystery movies. Some of my favorite books include The Couple Next Door, The Woman In The Window, and of course I love Bible reading—and read that the most!
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK SO CLOSELY WITH YOUR HUSBAND?
Working with my husband is actually an amazing privilege, because we are often bouncing ideas off of each other, and it’s great to have him here as a help to what I am doing. I also love catching him off guard so I can pull out his well-known laugh HAHA.
Best ageless advice you ever got?
Dreams remain dreams until you take action.
How do you freeze time?
I freeze time by binge watching Netflix LOL. Our recent faves are “Home Before Dark” and most recently, “Lost In Space.”
